Located in Boise, Idaho, The Restaurant Resources Group (TRRG), a newly launched business, provides Human Resources (HR) and Risk Management (RM) support to the restaurant owner.
 The company is owned and operated by Beverly J. Taylor, M.A. Possessing solid HR and RM experience within the restaurant industry, her years of HR experience includes the medical and manufacturing industries. Her restaurant industry career was launched when she began working with S.B. Restaurant Co. dba The Elephant Bar Restaurant - a casual dining concept - headquartered in California.
Within the restaurant industry, her experience includes all aspects of HR and RM. Her background includes, but is not limited to: food borne illness crisis management, resolution of ADA complaints, OSHA, employee grievance mediation and resolution, recruitment for both staff and management positions, placement and management of health benefit plans (self-funded and fully funded), Federal and State compliance, and management of General Liability and Workers' Compensation incidents and claims.
Risk is reduced by the development, implementation and management of cost savings strategies, which emphasize claim management, mitigation, and resolution. Her success in both the HR and RM arenas demonstrates a clear focus on communication, teamwork, safety initiatives, training, thorough claims management and investigation, risk identification, and facilities inspections with resultant recommendations. Through TRRG's programs, this will result in a savings of your time and money.
Additional Information: Beverly earned a Master's Degree, with Distinction, in Human Resources (Training and Development) from Webster University, St. Louis, Mo., and a Bachelor of Science degree (Business Management) from Northwest Missouri State University - St. Louis Campus.
